Commercial Information Circular No. 145/2008
The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Catalogues for Solid Waste Import
The State Environmental Protection Administration, Ministry of Commerce, State Development and Reform Commission, General Administration of Customs and General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the following catalogues, which will take effect from 1 March 2008.
Catalogue of Prohibited Solid Waste Import
Catalogue of Restricted Solid Waste Import Usable as Raw Materials
Catalogue of Solid Waste Import Usable as Raw Materials under Automatic Import Licensing Administration
