The Mainland of China :
Catalogues of Commodities Subject to Import and Export Licensing Administration in 2008
The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued two notices recently, announcing the
:"Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Import Licensing Administration in
2008" and the "Catalogue of Commodities Subject to Export Licensing Administration in
2008" The notices have taken effect from 1 January 2008. They are attached at
Appendices 1 and 2
(pdf format) respectively for reference. Their annexes can be downloaded from the MOC's website at:
