The
Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Examination of Export
Licences Covering Certain Textile Exports to the European Union
The Ministry of Commerce
has issued a notice concerning the examination on the use of export licences
for exporting certain textile products to the European Union, in accordance
with the "Surveillance Measures for Export of Certain Textile Products
to the European Union in 2008". Copy of the notice is attached at
Appendix (pdf format) . Its annex showing the list of textile export licences
subject to the examination can be downloaded from the website of Ministry
of Commerce at:
