The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on Approval of Hazardous Waste Export
The State Environmental Protection Administration promulgated the Administrative Provisions on Approval of Hazardous Waste Export on 25 January 2008, which will take effect from 1 March 2008. The Administrative Provisions govern the application, approval and administration of hazardous waste export. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
