The Mainland of China : Measures on Administration of Places Subject
to Customs Supervision
The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Measures on Administration of Places Subject to Customs Supervision" on 30 January 2008, which will take effect from 1 March 2008. The Administrative Measures set out the conditions of enterprises applying for set up of places subject to Customs supervision, the approval procedures, the supervision exercised by the Customs Authorities on these places, etc. A copy of the Administrative Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
