The
Mainland of China :Catalogue of Dual-use Items and Technologies Subject
to Export Licensing Administration
The Ministry of Commerce
(MOC) and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued Notice
No. 116/2007 on 29 December 2007, announcing the "Catalogue of Dual-use
Items and Technologies Subject to Export Licensing Administration",
which would take effect from 1 January 2008. A copy of the notice is attached
at Appendix (pdf format)
