The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Implementation of the "Hygienic
Standards for Cosmetics (2007 version)"
The Ministry of Health issued a notice concerning the implementation of the "Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics (2007 version)" on 13 February 2007, which has taken effect from the day of promulgation. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
