The Mainland of China : Measures for Administration of Food Safety
in Circulating Field
The Ministry of Commerce has recently promulgated the Measures for Administration of Food Safety in Circulating Field to regulate activities including wholesale, retail and live preparation of food for sale in the food trading markets. The Measures will take effect from 1 May 2007. Full text of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
