The Mainland of China : Interim Measures on the Administration of Overseas
Organizations or Individuals Conducting Surveying and Mapping in the Mainland
The Ministry of Land and Resources promulgated the "Interim Measures on the Administration of Overseas Organizations or Individuals Conducting Surveying and Mapping in the Mainland" on 19 January 2007, which will take effect from 1 March 2007. The Measures govern the mode of operations, qualification requirements, application and approval procedures for overseas organizations and individuals conducting surveying and mapping in the Mainland. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
