The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Inspection, Quarantine
and Supervision of Fruit Export
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision of Fruit Export" on 25 December 2006, which has taken effect from 1 February 2007. The Measures govern the registration, administration and supervision of fruit farms and fruit packaging factories engaging in export business, as well as the hygienic standards of fruit export and the related inspection and quarantine measures. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
