The Mainland of China : Implementation Details of the Administrative Rules on Foreign-invested Construction and Engineering Design Enterprises
The Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Commerce jointly promulgated the "Implementation Details of the Administrative Rules on Foreign-invested Construction and Engineering Design Enterprises" on 5 January 2007, which have taken effect from the day of promulgation. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
