The Mainland of China : Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics (2007 version)
The Ministry of Health issued a notice on 4 January 2007, promulgating the "Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics (2007 version)". The notice will take effect from 1 July 2007. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annex can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Health at:
