The Mainland of China : Second Supplement to the "Provisions on Foreign-invested Civil Aviation Enterprises"
In accordance with the Supplements II and III to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the Ministry of Commerce and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly promulgated the Second Supplement to the "Provisions on Foreign-invested Civil Aviation Enterprises"on 4 January 2007, which has taken effect from the same day. A copy of the Second Supplement is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
