The Mainland of China : "Administrative Measures on Registered Cost Engineers" and "Administrative Measures on Registered Real Estate Appraisers"
The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Registered Cost Engineers" and "Administrative Measures on Registered Real Estate Appraisers" on 25 December 2006, which will take effect from 1 March 2007. The two Measures are attached at Annexes 1 and 2 (pdf format) for reference.
