The
Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on Certified Safety Engineers
The State Administration
of Work Safety promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on Certified
Safety Engineers" on 11 January 2007, which will take effect from
1 March 2007. The Provisions govern the application, approval and administration
of certified safety engineers. A copy of the Provisions is attached at
Annex (pdf format) for reference.
