The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on Recall of Pharmaceuticals
The State Food and Drug Administration promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on Recall of Pharmaceuticals" on 10 December 2007, which took effect from the day of promulgation. The Provisions sets out the evaluation and inspection measures on possible safety concern of pharmaceuticals, procedures for recalls, and legal obligations of production enterprises, etc. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
