The Mainland of China : New Edition of Import and Export Licenses
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued a notice on 22 December 2006, announcing the adoption of the 2007 new edition of import and export licenses by license issuing organisations with effect from 1 January 2007.
