The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Energy Saving and Emission Reduction for Small and Medium Enterprises
The National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice concerning energy saving and emission reduction for small and medium enterprises. According to the notice, the Mainland aims to eliminate backward production, control the development of high energy consumption and heavily polluting industries, promote the use of advanced energy saving and emission reduction technology and optimize the industrial structure.
