The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Reaffirmation of the Administrative
Enforcement of Toy Products Certification under the Catalogue of Compulsory
Product Certification
The State Administration for Certification and Accreditation issued a notice concerning the reaffirmation of the administrative enforcement of toy products certification under the catalogue of compulsory product certification on 14 November 2007. According to the notice, toy products without the compulsory product certificates and the compulsory certification marking will not be allowed to be distributed in the market with effect from 1 January 2008. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
