The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the "Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade on Cold Plaice" and 25 Other items
The General Administration of Customs and the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on 31 October 2007 concerning the material consumption rate for processing trade on cold plaice and 25 other items, which will take effect on 15 December 2007. A copy of the notice is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
