Commercial Information Circular No. 454/2007
The Mainland of China : Dutiable Products Exported by Foreign-invested Enterprises
The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 16 November 2007, stipulating that all dutiable products exported by foreign-invested enterprises, unless otherwise specified in laws and regulations, should be subject to export duty according to the existing practices. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
