The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Coated Art Paper from Japan
The Ministry of Commerce (MoC) issued Notice No. 88/2007 on 5 November 2007, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of coated art paper from Oji Paper Co., Ltd. of Japan. The relevant tariff codes of the General Administration of Customs are 4810 1300, 4810 1400 and 4810 1900.

The investigation period of this review is 1 October 2006 - 30 September 2007, and the scope of investigation is the normal value, export price and dumping margin of the investigated products manufactured by Oji Paper Co., Ltd of Japan. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the Ministry of Commerce within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 5 November 2007).
