Information Circular No. 360/2007 The
Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Record Filing of Processing Trade
Enterprises The
Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued
notice No. 44/2007 on 23 July 2007, stipulating that the Mainland would not accept
application for processing trade business concerning restricted products from
enterprises that have not been granted with trading rights before 23 July 2007.
That said, exemption would be given to existing processing trade enterprises provided
that they file record with the local commerce departments by 23 October 2007.
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice concerning the record filing of such
processing trade enterprises on 4 September 2007. A copy of which is attached
at Annex (pdf format) for reference. -
