Commercial Information Circular No. 347/2007
The Mainland of China : Working Manual for Issuing Import and Export Licenses
The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Working Manual for Issuing Import Licenses" and "Working Manual for Issuing Export Licenses" on 7 September 2007, which has taken effect from the day of promulgation. A copy of the Working Manuals is attached at Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format) for reference respectively.
