The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on Recall of Children's Toys
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on Recall of Children's Toys" on 27 August 2007, which took effect on the same day. The Provisions govern the establishment of information system on defects and recalls of children's toys, investigation of defective children's toys and risk assessments, as well as the implementation procedures for recall of children's toys, etc. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
