The Mainland of China : Implementation of Administration on Restricted Products for Processing Trade
The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued notice No. 44/2007 concerning the "Catalogue of Restricted Products for Processing Trade" on 23 July 2007. Details of the notice have been set out in CIC No. 285/2007 dated 24 July 2007. The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 22 August 2007 stipulating the implementation details of Notice No. 44/2007. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
