The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Implementation of Preferential
Policy on Import Duties by the Customs
The General Administration of Customs, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued a notice on 13 July 2007, clarifying certain implementation issues of the preferential policy on import duties for foreign-invested projects. The notice takes effect from 20 July 2007. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
