The Mainland of China : Supplementary Notice Concerning the Reduction of
Export Tax Rebate Rates for Certain Products
Further to the notice concerning the reduction of export tax rebate rates for certain products on 19 June 2007 (CIC No. 241/2007 dated 20 June 2007), the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a supplementary notice on 10 July 2007. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
