The Mainland of China : Provisions Concerning the Quality Management of Survey
and Design of Construction Projects, Construction Enterprises and
Engineering Supervising Enterprises
The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Provisions on the Quality Management of Survey and Design of Construction Projects" and "Provisions on the Quality Management of Construction Enterprises" on 26 June 2007, which will take effect from 1 September 2007. The Ministry of Construction also promulgated the "Provisions on the Quality Management of Engineering Supervising Enterprises" on 26 June 2007, which will take effect from 1 August 2007. A copy of the Provisions are attached at Appendices 1, 2 and 3 (pdf format) for reference.
