The Mainland of China : Measures on the Inspection, Supervision and Administration
of Medical Equipment Import
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated the "Measures on the Inspection, Supervision and Administration of Medical Equipment Import" on 18 June 2007, which will take effect from 1 December 2007. The Measures govern the categorization criteria of medical equipment importers, as well as the inspection, supervision and administration of such import. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
