The Mainland of China : Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on Administrative Review
The State Council of the People's Republic of China issued Decree No. 499 on 29 May 2007, promulgating the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on Administrative Review", which will take effect from 1 August 2007. A copy of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
