The Mainland of China :Administrative Measures on Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade
The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade" on 4 January 2007, which will take effect from 1 March 2007. The Measures govern the standard, declaration and examination of material consumption rate for processing trade. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
