The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Implementation of the "Administrative Measures on Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade"
The General Administration of Customs issued a notice on 30 May 2007, setting out certain implementation issues relating to the "Administrative Measures on Material Consumption Rate for Processing Trade". The notice has taken effect from the day of promulgation. A copy of which is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
