The Mainland of China : Notices Concerning the Administration of Partnerships Registration
The State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued a notice on 29 May 2007, setting out certain implementation arrangements of partnerships registration in accordance with the "Law on Partnerships" and "Administrative Measures on the Registration of Partnerships".
