The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Washing, Cleaning and
Dyeing Services
The Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the State Environmental Protection Administration jointly promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Washing, Cleaning and Dyeing Services" on 11 May 2007, which will take effect from 1 July 2007. The Measures govern the establishment, registration, operation and environmental protection requirements of washing, cleaning and dyeing enterprises. A copy of the Measures is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
