The Mainland of China : Implementation Measures on the Registration of Constructors
The Ministry of Construction promulgated the "Implementation Measures on the Registration of Constructors" on 10 April 2007, which have taken effect from the day of promulgation. The Measures set out the application procedures for registration of constructors, the conditions for accepting the applications, the time required for approval, as well as the content of the registration certificates and the practising chops, etc. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Commerce at:
