The Mainland of China : Administrative Provisions on the Supervision of Telecommunication Construction Projects
The Ministry of Information Industry recently promulgated the "Administrative Provisions on the Supervision of Telecommunication Construction Projects", which will take effect from 1 May 2007. The Provisions govern the scope of supervision of telecommunication construction projects, accreditation of supervisory enterprises, qualification recognition of supervisory engineers, and the implementation of supervisory work, etc. A copy of the Provisions is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
