The Mainland of China : Notices on Strengthening the Administration
of Processing Trade
The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on strengthening the administration of processing trade on 12 April 2007. Among others, it stipulates that the approval authority for domestic sales of bonded materials and components imported for processing trade will be delegated to the original commerce departments that issued the "Approval Certificate for Processing Trade Business" with effect from 1 July 2007. A copy of the notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
