The Mainland of China : Mid-term Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Certain Dispersion Unshifted Single-Mode Optical Fiber from the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 40/2007 on 16 April 2007, announcing the initiation of the mid-term review of the anti-dumping measures against imports of certain dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber from the Republic of Korea. The relevant tariff code of the General Administration of Custom is 9001 1000, but excluding other optical fibres and optical fibre bundles and cables under the code. 2. The investigation period of this mid-term review is 1 January 2006 - 31 December 2006, and the scope of investigation is the anti-dumping duty rate applicable to the imports of dispersion unshifted single-mode optical fiber manufactured by OPTOMAGIC CO., LTD. of the Republic of Korea. Interested parties may submit written comments, with relevant evidence, to the Ministry of Commerce within 20 days from the date of the announcement (i.e. 16 April 2007).
