The Mainland of China : Taxation Arrangements for Branches of Foreign Banks
Being Transformed to Wholly-owned Foreign-invested Banks
The Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation jointly issued a notice concerning the taxation arrangements for branches of foreign banks that are transformed to wholly-owned foreign-invested banks on 26 March 2007. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
