The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Rate of Anti-dumping Duties
against Imports of Coated Art Paper from the Republic of Korea
In respect of the anti-dumping measures on imports of coated art paper, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued Notice No. 29/2007 on 29 March 2007, announcing the decision that MOORIM PAPER CO., LTD. will inherit Shin Moorim Paper Mfg. Co., Ltd.'s rate of anti-dumping duty of 4% while MOORIM SP CO., LTD. will inherit Moorim Paper Mfg.Co.,Ltd.'s rate of anti-dumping duty of 4% with effect from 30 March 2007. From then onwards, coated art paper exported under the name of Shin Moorim Paper Mfg. Co., Ltd. and Moorim Paper Mfg.Co.,Ltd. will be subject to an anti-dumping duty rate of 51%.
