The Mainland of China : Guiding Manuals for Processed Oil Enterprises
and Crude Oil Enterprises
The Ministry of Commerce has recently issued a Guiding Manual for Processed Oil Enterprises and a Guiding Manual for Crude Oil Enterprises. The two manuals provide information on, among others, the application procedures for operating processed oil and crude oil businesses in the Mainland, and the documentation requirements, approval procedures and other matters concerning application from foreign-invested enterprises. The lists of contents of the manuals are attached at Annexes I and II (pdf format) respectively for reference. Full text of the manuals could be downloaded from the Management Information System of National Petroleum Market of the Ministry of Commerce at the following web addresses:
