The Mainland of China : Supplementary Notice Concerning the Amendments to the "Provisions on the Usage of Special Invoice for Value-added Tax"
Subsequent to the release of the notice concerning the amendments to the "Provisions on the Usage of Special Invoice for Value-added Tax" (CIC No. 441/2006), the State Administration of Taxation issued a supplementary notice on 16 February 2007 to clarify certain implementation issues. A copy of the supplementary notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
