The Mainland of China : Administrative Measures on Temporary Import and Export of Goods
The General Administration of Customs promulgated the "Administrative Measures on Temporary Import and Export of Goods" on 1 March 2007, which will take effect from 1 May 2007. The Measures govern the approval, supervision and administration of temporary import and export of goods and the administration of ATA carnet. A copy of the Measures is attached at Appendix (pdf format) for reference. Its annexes can be downloaded from the website of the General Administration of Customs at: http://www.customs.gov.cn/YWStaticPage/433/fcc202f.htm (Chinese version only).
