The Mainland of China : Regulations on Commercial Franchising Operations
The Ministry of Commerce has recently promulgated the Regulations on Commercial Franchising Operations to govern activities related to commercial franchises. The Regulations will take effect from 1 May 2007. Full text of the Regulations is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
