The Mainland of China : Amendments to the "Administrative Measures on the Representative Offices set up by Law Firms of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions in the Mainland"
In accordance with the Supplement III to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Justice passed the decision to amend the "Administrative Measures on the Representative Offices set up by Law Firms of the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions in the Mainland" on 22 December 2006, which have taken effect from 1 January 2007. The decision is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
