The Mainland of China : Amendments to the "Administrative Measures on the Legal Profession of Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region in the Mainland"
In accordance with the Supplement III to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Justice passed the decision to amend the "Administrative Measures on the Legal Profession of Residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region in the Mainland" on 22 December 2006. The amendments have taken effect from 1 January 2007. The relevant notice is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
