The Mainland of China : Measures on the Supervision and Administration of
Food Hygiene at Frontier Ports
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine promulgated on 1 March 2006 the "Measures on the Supervision and Administration of Food Hygiene at Frontier Ports", which will take effect on 1 April 2006. The Measures govern the supervision and administration of food hygiene by the food producing and dealing units at the frontier ports. A copy of the Measures is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
