The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Prohibition of Import and Export of Certain Industrial and Commercial Compressors with CFCS Refrigerants
The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Environmental Protection Administration jointly issued on 13 January 2006 a notice announcing prohibition of import and export of certain industrial or commercial compressors with CFCS refrigerants, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations in international agreements on ozone layer protection. The notice has taken effect on 1 March 2006. A copy of the notice is at Appendix (pdf format) for reference.
