The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning the Valid Period of
"Temporary Business Permit" for Accounting Firms
According to the Supplement II to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Ministry of Finance issued on 28 November 2005 a notice stipulating that with effect from 1 January 2006, the valid period of the "Temporary Business Permit" issued to Hong Kong accounting firms would be two years.
